Workplace harassment training that protects your people and your business
If an incident happens, can you prove your organization took the right steps to prevent it?
Ryley Learning delivers legally informed, compliance-driven training that helps you reduce risk, protect your people, and meet workplace requirements across Canada and the U.S.
Most organizations are exposed and don’t realize it
Workplace harassment and misconduct is surprisingly common. Most organizations are over exposed underprepared.
- Policies exist, but employees don’t understand them
- Managers aren’t trained to respond properly
- Training is inconsistent, outdated, or ignored
And when something happens, the cost is high:
- Legal claims and investigations
- Reputational damage
- Lost time, productivity, and talent
Across North America, employers are required to maintain safe workplaces and provide training on harassment prevention.
If you can’t demonstrate that you took reasonable steps to prevent harassment, your organization is at risk.
What if your workplace training actually reduced risk?
Imagine if:
Your employees understood what harassment is and how to act
Your managers knew how to handle complaints properly
Your organization could clearly demonstrate compliance
Your training actually engaged people and stuck
This is what effective workplace training should do.

Who is behind Ryley Learning
Hi, I’m Bay Ryley
I’m an employment and human rights lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising organizations on workplace issues, compliance, and risk.
I advise employers and employees about mitigating risk and I create workplace policies to limit liability. I saw the same challenge again and again: organizations had policies, but their people didn’t understand them, and training wasn’t changing behaviour.
Ryley Learning was created to fix that.
Our courses are built on real legal requirements and real workplace scenarios, designed to help you prevent incidents and prove compliance when it matters most.
I’ve seen it. I’ve litigated it. Do your best to prevent it with training!
