AODA (Disability Inclusion) Online Training Course

We’re excited to be launching our newest eLearning course: “Disability Inclusion @ Work.” This online training course is animated, interactive, and impactful. Foster an inclusive workplace and – for those in Ontario – comply with the mandatory training requirement under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Learning Objectives of Disability Inclusion @ Work:

• Awareness: What are the physical, mental, intellectual, and sensory impairments people may have in your workplace? How can you eliminate barriers to inclusion?
• Accessibility & Accommodation: How can people with disabilities (employees & clients) be supported? Are there limits to the duty to accommodate?
• Legal & AODA compliance: Integrate disability inclusion training with AODA mandates, and with ensuring compliance with human rights legislation.
